Have you ever wished you could create your own Tarot deck?

This course, led by the creator and author of The Intuitive Tarot, offers you a rare opportunity to do just that, and discover your own unique creative style into the bargain.

The course will look at the various different approaches in the packs available, consider what ‘theme’ you would like to work with, and how best to express it.

The ability to draw and paint is not essential; passion for the Tarot is! An A4 drawing pad, pencils and a selection of coloured pens or watercolour paints will also be useful.

We are not aiming to produce a complete set of Tarot cards by the end of the four weeks – though it has been done! The main intention of the course is to encourage you to see that you can create your own pack, and to deepen your understanding of the Tarot.

Cilla Conway created her own pack of Tarot cards between 1973 and 1981. It took more than 20 years to get the pack published, but it is now available worldwide (www.theintuitivetarot.com). Cilla is a professional tarot reader at the College of Psychic Studies and other venues. She is a practising artist and is currently preparing a second oracle deck for publication as well as teaching art.

Dates: Four Tuesday evenings August 9^th – Sept 4^th 2005 (no lesson Aug 30^th)

Cost: £50 (concessions available for the unwaged)

Payment: £30 deposit, balance payable in full at the first lesson
